Description
Masters Swimming is an International program with competition available for all levels of adult swimmers, ages 18 and older. Participants are welcome (but not required) to join the Anne Arundel Amphibians and United States Masters Swimming Workouts vary from beginning lap/fitness swimmers to former collegiate swimmers and triathletes. Coaching aims to improve stroke mechanics in any of the four competitive strokes.
