NAHS Pump and Run
Event
Races
The Norristown Pump and Run will be held at Norristown Area High School on Saturday, October 7th. This event will consist of three differnt types of runs.
* Pump and Run - Runners compete in a bench press contest, reducing their 5k time by 30 seconds (for a maxium time of 15 minutes subtracted from 5k time). Running bibs will be given out.

5K Run - Running Course around the Norristown Area High School Campus, mapped out by company. Bibs will be given out.
1 Mile Fun Run/Walk - This activity will take place on the track at Norristown Area High School.
- T-shirt will be provided for all contestants.
This should be a fun event for friends and family.
Event details and schedule
Event Schedule is as follows:
Pump and Run Participants - Please arrive at the high school by 7:30 to register and begin the pump portion of the competiong. The lifting portion will take place in the high school weight room.
5k Runners please report by 8:30 to register, the run will beging at 9:00 AM.
1mile Run/Walers please report by 8:30 to register, the run/walk will begin at 9:00 AM.
