Herndon Turkey Trot 5K

Herndon Parks and Recreation is hosting the annual Turkey Trot 5K at the Herndon Community Center. The race will begin at 4:00pm on November 22. Packet pick-up and race day registration ($45 for adults 21 & up, $30 for youth 20 & under) will run from 5:00-7:00pm on Friday, November 21. Packet pick-up and race day registration ($45 for adults 21 & up, $30 for youth 20 & under) will also run from 1:30-3:30pm on Saturday, November 22.
Long sleeve race T-shirts guaranteed to the first 450 pre-registered runners. T-shirts must be picked up the day of the race. Shirts will not be available after race day.

Veterans Day Motorcycle Rally

Help us honor our veterans at the 6th Annual Veterans Day Motorcycle Rally.
Participants will ride from the Chesterfield County Fairgrounds to the Virginia War Memorial, where we’ll have a special program. Ride is supported with a full police escort provided by the Chesterfield County and City of Richmond police departments. Lunch will be served at the Fairgrounds prior to the ride. All participants will receive an event t-shirt, plus there will be prizes, vendors and more.
Check-in/registration at 10:30 a.m., with the ride departing at 1 p.m. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
