RACE INFORMATION:

All races start and finish at the the high school

• The race will be chipped timed

• All registrants will receive a finishers medal.

COURSE RESOURCES:

There are seven water stops on the half marathon two water stops on the 10K one water stop on the 5K there's a porta-potty at Mile 5 b

Welcome to the Cape Cod Triathlon Team's First Indoor Tri!

This USAT Sanctioned event is based on time verses distance, meaning athletes are given a specific timeframe for each discipline and will go as far as they can in that given timeframe.  There will be heats commencing at staggered times.  Prior to the race you will know which heat you will be in and what time you will need to arrive. 

Swim = 15 minutes

Bike = 25 minutes

Run = 20 minutes
