With a focus on developing basic basketball skills, team work and sportsmanship, this league is perfect for young children of every ability. Volunteer coaches, mindful of the participants' age, instruct on basketball skills such as dribbling, passing and shooting. Practices and games are limited to one per week and occur on a Saturday or Sunday. A shirt and end of season participation award is included with registration.
